Annnd done! Sweet lorde this took forever.. It is a Rosine statue that watches over the school! I dont know what the school looks like or anything but you can see that there is an observatory tower (which muni is on) and a star gazing sphere, along with a "photo moment" plateform to take pictures on! The blue/green flame turns on when the sun sets until it rises to keep the younger students calm and reassured during the night. (Not canon)
