Zoaruah is now under the snack table, concealed by the table cloth. He reaches his hand out and begins searhcing the top of the table and says, "Now, let's see how good this tastes..." Zoaruah manages to grab a cup of punch, "BINGO!" He says. He takes it under the table and takes a sip, "Blehk! What is this? It tastes like lemonade, but it's red." Zoaruah puts his hand back on the table and looks for the sandwhiches. He grabs one and brings it under, "Hopefully this tastes better than that juice." Zoaruah takes a bite and smiles, "Mmmm, hey that's pretty good!" After finishing the sandwhich, Zoaruah grabs the whole platter and takes it under, takes off all of the sandwhiches, then puts the platter back up. After eating his fill, Zoaruah lies down and says to himself, "Ahhh, that was good. I could use a nap after all that food." Zoaruah then gets up and shakes his head, "NO! I can't fall asleep!" Zoaruah looks at his watch, "It's only 10:25...I shouldn't be tired...at...all....."

Zoaruah grabs the cup of punch, and splashes it on his face. However, isn't able too shake off his tiredness, "Come on! Maybe I can just rest my eyes...for a bit. Then get right back...up..."

Meanwhile, Charmelein and Daisy continue their running, until they accidentally run into the foyer, and get cornered up against the set of stairs, "Shoot, dead end!" Charmelein says. The Grim Reaper exhales loudly, and Charmelein and Daisy walk backwards slowly. They both bump into the wall, but then, Charmelein gets a slight burst of bravery, and takes off his ghost costume (aka big white sheet) Charmandah made for him, walks up a bit, and hurls it at the Reaper. Before it even hits the Reaper, the Reaper swings it's scythe and shreds the sheet to pieces. Charmelein then begins acying very cowardly, "Well, that deffinently worked!" The Reaper continues to walk closer to them. Just then, Chezpin and Deeno arrive at the top of the staircase, "Hurry Deeno! We gotta throw it!" Chezpin tells Deeno.

They both take a dep breath, and count to 3, "1...2...3!!!" They then quickly throw the net down above the Grim Reaper. The Reaper is caught by surprise, and doesn't get away quick enough. The Grim Reaper gets caught in the net and falls over...However, so does Charmelein. The Reaper remains silent, while Charmelein begins panicking, "HELP THE REAPERS GOT ME OH MY GOSH AH PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!!!!" Chezpin then looks to Deeno and tells her, "Deeno, you go gather everyone up! I'll get Charmelein out..." Deeno knods her head, and leaves to go find the others.

Chezpin then proceeds to free Charmelein from the net, and after that, everyone else arrives. Snyvee then walks up to the Grim Reaper, who's now tied up, and says to everyone, "All right guys, let's see who this 'Grim Reaper' really is!" Charmandah thenmraises his hand and asks, "Um, what if it's actually some kind of murderous ghost?" Snyvee pauses for a bit, trying to come up with an answer, then responds, "Well, then we're all doomed." Slowly, Snyvee grabs the hood. She waits a bit, then pulls it off. Underneath is a hockey mask, and everyone screams. That is, until they realuse it's just another mask. Snyvee then grabs the mask and pulls it off. Everyone gasps and says in unison,

...

"ZATOO!?"

#Zatoo then confesses, "Yeah yeah, it's me." Everyone is confused until Snyvee angerilly confronts him, "What's the big deal trying to kiII us?" Zatoo rolls his eyes and explains, "I wasn't trying to kiII you!mI was just trying to scare your pants off and make you leave!" Charmandah then innocently asks him, "But why would yoy do that?" Zatoo gets angry and tells him, "Why? You wanna know why? It's because every Halloween some, young people, keep egging my house, T-P-ing ing my whole yard, and vandalising my property in general! I'm sick of it, so I decided to prank you young people back! Of course I never expected any of you to stay as long as you did." He then looks at Snyvee and yells, "Or throw a chair at me for pete's sake!!!" Snyvee smiles and says, "Well, self defense I guess." Zatoo then looks up and thinks out loud, "Well, know that I think about it, I probably shouldn't have used psychic powers to lock the doors...yeah, bad idea."

Skwertle thinks for a bit, then brings up another question, "Mercrow was the one who told us about this...How'd you get HIM to help you out." Zatoo then answers, "As soon as he heard it involved pranking, he didn't hesitate at all to help me...for a candy price that is." Peekatchu then decides to ask a question, "How'd you get this giant house then?" Zatoo then answers that question as well, "It's been here for who knows how long. I figured since they were going to demolish it next week, I might as well get some good use out of it." Then they un-tie Zatoo, and Zatoo unlocks the door. Everyone steps out, then they all stop, "Wait a minute!" Snyvee says, "Mercrow said there'd be tons of candy if we stayed through the night! We caught you, so I'd consider that fair! Plus you used up all of our Trick-or-Treating time!" Zatoo slaps himself and moans, "UGH. Fine fine fine." After a trip to the supermarket, everyone heads home, with a bunch of candy. Zatoo walks back to his home and smiles.

"You know. I may have ruined my image in their eyes, but it was worth it to see the looks on their faces!" Zatoo laughs, and walks up to his door. As soon as he stops laughing, he notices that, once again, his house is egged and TP-ed, "WHAT?!" He looks around and sees Mercrow flying above head, "That's what you get for not giving me a tip!" Mercrow says as he flies off into the night. Zatoo then slaps himself, "Of course this happened. UGH."

Charmandah and Charmelein come back to their house, and Daisy tagged along. Daisy rests on Charmelein's shoulders and teases him, "And you wanted to leave because you were scared." She giggles, and Charmelein responds, "Pfffffft what me scared? No! I was, uh, faking it, testing out my fake terror to, uh, trick the Reaper! Yup!" Daisy giggles and tells him, "You know, you don't need to act tough to impress me Charmelein." Charmelein tries to respond, "Well, um, uuuhhh..." Until Daisy kisses him, then walks away, "Good night!"

Charmandah waves, "Bye Charmelein's girlfriend!" Then looks at Charmelein. Charmelein is just standing there with heart eyes. Charmandah opens the door, and drags Charmelein in.

About that time, Peekatchu arrives home, "Mom Dad, I'm home!" Zoaruah, sleeping under the table, wakes up, "What the? Ah shoot!" He quickly runs next to Peekatchu, and June and Dan walk in the room, and June hugs them, "Welcome back my big boys! You were out pretty late!" Dan smiles and says, "You guys were gone pretty late! But look at all the candy you got!" Peekatchu asks them, "How was the party?" Dan chuckles, then answers, "It was great! The laxt guest arrived pretty late, but when he did, the party kicked into full gear!" Zoaruah, in shock, asks him, "Um, about what time was that?" Dan looks at the clock, "Well, let's see...It's about midnight now sooooooo...about 10:30!" Zoaruah pauses then says, "Would you excuse me pne minute?" Zoaruah walks outside, amd starts angerilly jumping around and stomping.

June stares at him for a bit, then turns back to Peekatchu and asks him, "So, how was your Halloween?" Peekatchu has a big smile, "It was great! We had so much fun, this might've been the best Halloween EVER!" June looks happy, "Aw, that's great! We might have to hire Charmelein as a babysitter more often then! Well, time to get to bed!" Peekatchu sighs, "Ahhh. Ok then!" Peekatchu gets ready for bed, then jumps in his bed, yawns, amd falls asleep.

And that is the end of this mini-series, as well as this year's #Hallowitzke! I hope you all enjoyed this little story! It was a lot of fun to do, but getting it done in a timely matter really took it out of me. Please let me know what you thought about it ^ ^ I'd love to know! Because who knows, maybe I'll do something like this again sometime! MUAHAHAHAHAHA *Caugh caugh*

Nice story! Zatoo being the one behind the whole thing caught me by surprise! I do wonder if Mercrow really wanted to be tipped, or if he was just looking for an excuse to do another prank. And poor Zoaruah. XD
At the very least, he successfully avoided detection at the party.
