I like that idea. We could be three judges. Once we have enough members, I'll divide everyone into three man squads. Each with a leader. As judges, we all vote on a scale from one-three stars. eight-nine you're in as a Squad leader. 5-7 you're in as a member. 1-4 you can take a training course and retake the entry exam on a Saturday/Sunday. Any questions/objections?
