redesign for Azurite
now her weapons and whatnot are a design on her cape and she can pull them off to use them
however she can only have one out at a time and can store them back on there
but if she has something out and loses it, she can't pull off anything else until the item is retrieved

too lazy to fully color this or write anything on it
