dA just kinda sucks, imo... you gotta pay for cool stuff and not many people see your art, idk it takes a really long time to get popular... plus uh, idk there's more thieves there and stuff. Idk. I don't like dA.

On deviantart you get notifications based on how you follow others. When you follow you get a check box that tells you what kind of notifications you want, from art to journals and forum threads, etc. I recommend you join groups to give your art mote exposure too

Ich hab (oder eher hatte) zwar mal dA aber leider kann ich dir keine Frage beantworten :"D Dafuer hab ich es zu selten benutzt. Ich weiss, dass du aber auf jedenfall benachrichtig wirst, wenn dir jemand einen Kommentar hinterlaesst und wenn jemand etwas von dir favorisiert.

Und ja, soweit ich weiss, wirst du benarchitigt, wenn jemand, den du folgst, etwas neues hochlaedt! Zumindestens war das 2013 so. Keine Ahnung ob das immernoch so ist, aber ich gehe mal davon aus?

Anyways, I'm still getting used to DA too... It's not always fun learning how to use other programs XD

Also, wenn du jemandem folgst kannst du auswählen, über was du benachrichtigt werden möchtest. (z.B. alle aktivitäten oder nur neue Uploads, Jornal Einträge usw... Ich wähle meistens nur neue Uploads (Bilder)). Du wirst immer benachrichtigt wenn jemand bei dir ein Kommentar hinterlässt oder eines deiner Bilder von jemanden in die Fovoriten gepackt wurde.

Über die App weiß ich leider nix... :(
