my whole... ftm thing... is making life hard rn.... i want to like BE out publicly but it might not be right?? like i think some of my irl cis friends have been acting distant ever since i came out to them and... my life is Hell in this regard... bc not being totally out is torture but you can't un-come out and i dont want to get beat up or bullied like i was in middle school
im stuck between 2 fun choices: stay in this sucky closet or come out and maybe find out i was wrong

I think some people who don't know much about or understand different sexualitiestend to think of a person as a different human being after they come out of the closet about it. They theat the truth like something weird and new, when the lie they were living before was really the weird thing. I'd think people would be especially prone to do it to ftm or mtf people. Some might avoid you just 'cause they don't get it. It's not that they dislike you, it's just they don't know how to act around "Harris", as they were used to the "you" that you used to be.
Dude, I think almost everyone is bullied in middle school. I think it'd be fine comparitively in Highschool. x'D
