He takes care of unattended pumpkin patches and apple trees, doesnt really go into town much, but does around Fall, especially October and November. He makes sure everypony treats his farms well and the produse thats made there or like 'trick' people on Halloween or else he will terrorize you :D or your nice he'll put candy on the pumpkins you've left outside.
