I've been wanting to draw something like this for a while.
Alright guys, this is Zap, a young, energetic wisp who is actually very smart. So smart, that she was able to learn how to speak English. She's a cross between Lazer, Lightning, and a tiny bit of Rhythm. Zap will also be replacing Fi-ster as Fabi's traveling companion. Oh, and she dispises Eggman ('cuz of the events that happened in Sonic Colors).

re: Go to the site cuz I'll prolly mess this up, but from memory, I think you go to your internet settings, change the proxy to 30 and put in "sudomemo.net" somewhere(and you can only have one internet connection.
