Rocker is Dust's friendly competion. They both work in the same buisness as PED's (Private Eye / Detective), in Paris, Mars. Rocker owns an advanced version of what we call "brass knuckles" that uses kinetic energy to produce electrical charges when he punches something, hence the guard-like glove that protects him from getting shocked.
