Hmm... here are some advices~
-Watch playbacks
-Watch tutorials on youtube
-Study anatomy and real persons
-"Copy" different artstyles (it's
helpful for finding your own style.)
-Try new things like different noses or eyes
But you're already pretty good
in drawing humans! :)

All I would say is to shorten the neck length slightly, and just make the eyes a bit less cat-like. But it looks fantabulous.
