Screw it. IDEC if he fits in or not, I'm enrolling him. XD Anywho, Kaz is a Grim Reaper who basically joined Segi just to have something to do in his free time, which he surprizingly has alot of.
Personality: Take Deadpool, Henry from Fire Emblem Awakening, and Barry the Chopper from FMA, throw them in a blender and BAM. You got Kaz. His scythe doubles as his wand and broom. (He also considers it his familiar XD)
The book contains the name of every living person as well as their picture, date of birth, date of death, and how they will die. He uses this to know which souls to collect. He's also not afraid to tell someone when they'll die, or alter their date byyyyyy...killing them himself. uvu'''
