hoo boy this took a while to make. Been trying to design this guy for weeks and now ive got something down that im kinda happy with. Still on the fence about his name and the front of his hair but for now lets just leave it at this.
-He lost his arms at a young age and has since then taught himself how to manipulate the elements to form arms.
-Forming these fake limbs takes a great amount of magic so he doesnt conjure them up unless needed.
