~Leon was born from a Lab, scientists messing with DNA from a Chimera. While Leon was being developed in a test tub, a part of them split away (which developed into Billy). The snake that is their tail does have a mind of its own (They haven't thought of a good name for snake tail). Leon is able to transform into a Chimera by fusing with Billy (Leon loves to fly around high up in Chimera form but Billy is scared of heights, so to travel they fly a bit low so Billy wouldn't get scared). They are being raised by one of the scientists who helped created them and learning about the world from everyone else. Their "Mother" thinks they are ready to attend a public school.
