This is Valkarias dragonform with her element fire. The julery is tied to her transformation, it appears with her dragon. The only thing, which maches her element is the red gemstone on her forhead. Every member of the royal family is born with a gemstone like that.
The Scar on her side is the sybol of her house, which every one of her brothers and sisters got burned by their father.
