The captain of the annoying and mildly dangerous pie rats!
The leader of the clan or "crew" of pie rats. Often one of the older pie rats that has been in several hiests gets chosen to be the captain. They are bestowed with the Cap of Tain (or a similar looking hat), the hat belonging to the greatest pie rat in all of pie rat history.
