Hibiki has a strong sense of justice in the treatment of his subjects. However, he doesn't always do what's best in order to protect them.
He tries.
He really does.
But sometimes reason just isn't strong with this one.

Reminds me of my old designs for my Nachash character... Very similar. No matter, just saying. XD
He's getting a major overhaul anyway...
I like the facial features... Somewhat more animalistic than the others.
The lights on his eyes should be on the opposite sides, in accordence with the rest of his shading.
Let's see more of his design!

He's the "badguy" in my story. I'm overhauling his look entirely though, to match better with #Esh's current look and to fit some story elements.
Aah, okay. If it's a stylistic choice, that's fine. Just thought I'd point it out, you say you want to make a comic, so I thought nitpicking would be appropriate. ^^

The muscular design, the wings, parts of the hair, yellow eyes... Perhaps that your drawing here is more like I'd originally imagined him than my own has a lot to do with it.
