I made this awhile back as one of few animation frames for a custom 3DS home menu theme. Yes, you heard me right, custom themes.
I've been using the Homebrew Launcher to do this sort of stuff (which is a long story).
If you want to know what it is, just Google search "TubeHax" or "3DS Homebrew".
I just felt like posting something for ya'll after some lackluster activity.
