Reply: Actually, the background doesn't change. The pink one was the background I actually went for, while the one that looks like something out of Pokémon Amie was one I was originally going to use. The animation consists of three frames (which are of Sylveon's facial expressions. I no longer have the third frame on my system, so I posted what I still have) which would be animated on the bottom screen of the 3DS home menu. As for the top screen, the artwork for that was something else I used but didn't make (which I will change that eventually if my computer starts to work again). There's quite a bit that goes into theme making, so there was a brief explanation on what I did. XD
