i was so scared i just stared at the phone for an hour

then i did the call but the nurse wasn't here and i had to leave my phone number/name, panicked, and hung up

then i was just crying and shaking haha just great

so easy

i'll just write on a paper what i have to say and read it... i have until tomorrow...

and you know what's funny? I WAS CALLING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SAD/ANGORAPHOBIA/PHOBEPHOBIA DIAGNOSTIC HAHAhaha...
