Re: I'm not sure how much rain. We don't measure that in my country. If I'm not mistaken, in the US and other first world countries, they do it in inches; but it was enough rain to cause rivers to overflow. I ncluding an almost dried one. Due to the high currents, some schools near bodies of water flooded and some other schools' roofs were destroyed in the rain because the structure was not good...

Re: That's why he got Scrap to try and help him beat Ryulu a few pages ago, to try and overpower him, but it still didn't work. Not to mention Coils was busy keeping Snyvee from escaping.
