"Well... I've been bullying myself.. What I mean is, I feel like I shouldn't be drawing and writing these dark themes... I keep saying to myself that 'It's messed up' or 'I'm sick in the head'. I think what I need is someone to say that it's ok to draw and write the things I do or to meet someone who does the same thing as I."

If that's what you're looking for someone to say, then it's ok to express yourself that way. Art is merely bringing out what's within you in a creative way. Just letting loose and bringing to the world what you got. So if what you do falls under this, then it's art

It's actually better to let out negative feelings and express them than to hold them inside, because that way you control how they come out. For example, drawing dark things instead of hurting others or yourself. So, the real question is why you are bullying yourself over it. Do you wish you drew other things? I saw your gallery and you have a variety of art, so is it that someone else said something that made you feel bad about it? Art is often at its best when it elicits emotions or when emotions are put into it. So draw what you feel moved to draw. If you decide you don't like it, you don't have to upload it, but it's always your choice.

No. So draw what you want and don't beat yourself up over it, ok? :3
