mmmm for holloween, we'll Ene cosplays are rather more pricy so maybe do ponyo? lol ponyo has a more relatively cuter look and if you want to lookcute then there's your go to costume, since finding a dress like ponyo's is not much work at all, its simplistic yet cute

tbh i feel like ponyo would be a little to young for a cosplay ,,and since ur like 5'4 is quite tall for a 5 year old lmao
maybe ene would be better, although its a little pricey its still cute
maybe you could wear circle lense too and make it look really cool
