This is Terrance, Charolette's Brother, and new Student of SWA!
He is half demon which can be seen with a tattoo on his Left Arm and the Black and his hands and feet. He has to take many pills everyday to keep his demon self at bay. If his Demon self does take over, Angel, his familiar, will bring him back to his human self.
His classes are Light, Shape-Shifting, Death/Life, and Tamming.
