Daww, that is so cute!! I like her hair here, but maybe the highlights make her hair look blurry? :o
Maybe draw the light blue on a different layer and then use the eraser on a lower opacity to make streaks through the hair to add more texture? I'm not sure, I don't draw hair, but I've never liked using the soft brush for highlights, it takes away the detail xP
But I think the hair looks great anyways! I love your entire hair style, it is adorable in so many ways! x3
