went out right after dark and the eclipse looked like this. really was beautiful, a deep orange color very dark. I tried to take a picture, but my camera isn't powerful enough

I watched the shadow move across the moon and wished I'd had a super good video camera. You have a good idea to simply draw it!

the blood moon was out on feast of tabernacles (i have no idea if i spelled that right.) sadly there was a lot of clouds where i was at so i couldn't use my telescope. :(
