What colors and pattern schemes should I use on this character? Xer name is Reed, a wizard's familiar created using countless different creatures. Reed has a snarky personality and is always cynical on the usefulness of magic. Being a product of magic should xe have more a fantastical coat or should xe be more natural? Please recommend any colors, color palates, creature patterns, or suggestions below. If I use your suggestions or ideas you might just get a prize.

Not sure about the colors in general, but I'd say go simple. The fur is rather detailed, so drawing this character would be a pain in the arse with a more complex one.
