"Ummm hi im Shimmer... So on Colors there are these people, who claim one of my friends is saying nasty things to them. I tryed to stay neutral to both of them but now im stuck in the middle! I dont know how to stop it! All I can say now is if it doesnt stop im gonna quit Colors. Any help please!"

Well i know it's not the best of ideas, but maybe cutting ties with both of them would just be helpful to you? or maybe help them resolve it peacefully. Either way, don't quit colors, it's not your fault.
