umm thanks? our goal is more to give advice to the younger peeps on here or people who dont know how to fend themselves. we cant get rid of trolls fully, but we can give some advice :) get my point? cuz our advice has really helped people and prevented them from making the situation worse

great we have keep in check of all trollbusters just in case their trolls that would be bad for us so we need people who report to us.

flip king we are in charge of the group of trollbusters we need new ones for different positions like browser comments,reporting to us,spying,and finally reporters who will fill those positions?

lets put half the peoples as spys and reporters. spy's: you will go around and look for any supspicious or just plain trolling and report back to us. reporters: you report the situation to Collecting Smiles and watch the troll get banned. then we also need people out on the "battlefield" if push comes to shove you'll try and negotiate with the troll. heres how i imagine it. spys: about 60 percent are spys (the task isn't boring and will likely keep you less trolled) reporters: around 10 percent because we don't need that many (this task is boring but it will keep you troll proof because you just report the situation) good trolls: i estimate around thirty percent would do it (this task is most likely going to get you trolled but isn't all that boring) so what do you guys think?

all the spying isnt neccessary honestly. if u come across a troll just report. spying and looking over everyones painting sorta makes us a stalking group. also we'd be wasting our time instead of drawing or doing something else. my idea: if u come across a troll, report it to the others. before any comments to that troll report him if hes serious. k? hopefully this makes sense.

also, only serious trolls should be banned. like if theres a kid who just said what his personal opinion was on a painting, just ignore it. but if u see the same user doing the same thing a lot, then report.

we'll report serious trolls. if they are not banned then we give advice to the victim. if the troll still doesnt stop then we can start talking. hm?

I've got a question I forgot to ask yesterday: If one person reports a troll, and no one else has a shortcut to the troll, how do we get the job done? :P I think when reporting, we should leave a shortcut to the troll, like a comment on another Trollbuster's painting or just explaining how you get one place to another in order to see the troll. So a Troll Alert I think should look like this, for example: "Troll Alert! The user (insert troll name here) was being a troll on (insert name here)'s painting. Get to (insert name here)'s gallery by their comment on my most recent picture and look at (insert name here)'s "Cupcake-Eating Butterfly" picture (I dunno xD) to see (insert troll name here)'s comments."
