About the voice stuff, try to laugh along with them. I dunno about you, but positivity is my best defense--whenever I laugh off a mean comment, people go like, "Wth? Ur a raterd" and then I laugh again and ignore them :D
Also, about the mean comments in general, just ignore them. If they tell you off for that, then tell them off (In a VERY calm voice) what they've been doing to you. Good Luck!
