"I don't belong anywhere"

I have a problem
there was an event that has been haunting me
wasn't life threatening and I wasn't hurt at all
but if anyone mentions it or smth that reminds me of it I start having a panic attack
it's terrifying

I'm shaking right now just trying to explain

it's like minor ptsd
but not even that

most ppl would brush the event off maybe as an everyday thing

I'm scared that it could happen again

I feel so unsafe
