Out of ideas by Color man
Hay! It's me again! I am out of ideas today. Can you help me think of some? (I am thinking right now.) It can be ANYTHING! Please help me. Mabey you can get some ideas from other peoples gallery's...And / or mine. (You do not have to go to mine if you don't want to.) So...Yeah I would like it if any of you guy's or gals could pitch in! So if you can leave a suggestion in the comments that would help me a lot. Thank's! XD

To make the Glow... First use the right 'pen' the 'Fuzzy' one.. Slide the left bar Up to a larger Dot size..Then slide the right bar down to make you line/dot transparent. Tap the area that you want to make all 'glowy' You might wanna make the Glow on another layer of 3d...so you can erase it without erasing the object...(I don't think I explained this well) I hope you get it
