I read this fanfic called Sunda and in it, Ness had his super thick accent like in Brawl. It made it hard to read his dialogue sometimes but it was super adorable?? Also Jeff helps Lucas admit his totally-obvious-yet-Ness-is-oblivious-to feelings for Ness. It was really great but hasn't been updated in 3 years. Also terrible cliffhanger, don't read it
