Scientists were finally successful in creating an artificial, highly intelligent life-form, however, failing to give it a warm, loving heart, the mad scientist Isio wastes his abilities on evil endeavors, creating twisted monsters to do his bidding. Having a cold heart made of ice, he cannot feel any warm emotion like love without melting.
