Everyone is different and, just as some males have high squeeky voices, some girls have low voices. Lower voices are actually considered favorable once you are an adult because they project better. It's why women in broadcast (such as news or television) are chosen for their voices being deeper than the average woman (just watch CNN) and women with deeper voices tend to be the ones in positions of power because of the respect it brings. There are many women who were bullied for their voices when they were younger and even became ashamed to speak, but now they regret that because they like themselves for who they are and for the ability to project their voice and capture attention in ways most women can't. They have many more opportunities in life than others. So, while it may seem a curse now, be true to yourself and know things will change. Is it your option that you have a low voice? NO. Its not your fault, just ignore them, when they say that again say, "Oh you hear that? Or is it my imagination" or just "Beat it"

I think they would pick on you because of everything their imagination is capable of. They just want to annoy you so don´t take anything serious they say. I know a lot of girls with low voicesand there are many famous singers with such voices! I´m a boy and my voice is quite high, people already told me that. And I don´t care, I never will and you shouldn´t care either. (Sorry for strange English)

@ShimmerWish Consider it a blessing that your voice is low. You never wanna get to age 15 and still sound like you've been inhaling helium.
