Here's your character @KangarooDragon! This is a closed speicies, the Octocat or in this one's terms. The Octokitty since it's just a kitten. I got this Idea when I was watching my older sister play Splatoon. They're pretty much like Octopus and Cat Hybrid or sumthin....... I hope you like it. Sorry I took so long!
