Ray Monarch by NeeraDoll
First Subject! He belongs to @*Crystal Luxe* btw.
Desc: We originally thought of making him like based on a mermaid due to his race, but we decided to base him off a Monarch Butterfly instead, for irony. We stiched two anteni to his brain that he can control fully, we also gouged out his eyes and replaced them with robotic bug-like eyes, that while he can see out of, will bleed now and then. We attached bright blue wings to his back, however we have no idea if he can actually use them.

Other Notes: Was a bit tricky to kidnap, due to the fact he was always around one of his friends, and the fact the Neera watched him like a hawk. We maniged to catch him while he was alone one night luckily. He hardly shows any signs of emotions, and has only cried twice, once when he saw himself for the first time after we had finished, the second when he met Subject OO2. He is often seen quietly singing him to himself and talking/calming down Subject OO2.
