Despite her metallic appearance, she's actually composed entirely of light particles, which she can control to condense and uncondense at will.
She's powered by the "core" shown above, which needs fueling from a large vestige of electricity, nuclear fusion, or thermal energy every week or so; the types of energy in order of preference.
Oddly she seems completely lacking of any personality. sh
