More insane than Joker. Seriously, this guy laughs at his victims which are young kids, teens, and adults. He can get a laughing attack from them crying and suffering so bad, without ANY remorse.

re:// cartoon coloring just takes a little finesse, my friend. it took me a while to be able to do that. just shade in dark purple on the layer above your base color, erase the excess purple outside the drawing lines, then erase opaquely until it looks just like how you want it to. :-)
