yeah, i know a few people other than myself with bipolar disorder too. theirs is different to mine. i think it depends on how severe you have it o3o

mine is weird actually. sometimes it can only last hours. most of the time, it lasts a day though :vtt one time i was in a mania for about 15 minutes then it was straight to depression. my own bipolar confuses me
