It takes hours to finish a drawing. HOURS. Like, minimum 4 hours. All those pretty, polished illustrations? Prob took day or two to do that. Heck, that's not even counting all the practice they did before and between drawing the illustration. Who's to say those hours are going to even count towards something? Drawing is hard and it takes time and dedication.
Anyways, stay perserverant and take your time, and never let other people's art bring you down.
