The King of Red Karp, the self-proclaimed King of Red Karp. The King of Red Karp sits upon his pedestal, and steers Mudkip across the ocean in his boat, which he named after himself. He is VERY serious, and sometimes a bit rude. However, he seems to get along with Mudkip.
The King of Red Karp (Based off of the King of Red Lions) is a major character from "The Legend of Mudkip," But other than that, he doesn't really have a role anywhere else.
