It always freaks me out when I try to do Gundam fanart, and I end up with something that looks nothing like what I was drawing, and yet still sort of cool.
Sigh... I'll never get good at this shiz will I?

You probably will if it was something you drew almost every week, but if you only draw it a few times a year then I'd give up on getting better (Though it actually doesn't even look that bad)

Being able to do this is still pretty cool. Maybe you can take advantage of that offset your talking about...?
