This was when Neon was in "The Kazume Project" A project that takes every person they can grab and used them like a Subject.So Neon and his sister Emoko were sent there and Neon Was going alil insane and wishing someone will restque them.Until Marth broke into the cell and found them,Neon Didnt smile of happyness so Marth got his hand on pats Neons head saying "Don't cry no more im here know its going to be alright"
