Ignore them. Be yourself and if they can't respect you ignore it. If you pay attention to them its most likely that it will continue.

Some people will come up with anything to insult someone over. You could have completely different looks, style, hair, opinions, etc, and still be insulted by those same people. It really has nothing to do with those things. They're an excuse. They look for ways to put people down because, if someone else is put down, they must be lifted up, right? Their own insecurities over their lives make them try anything to get by. Life's hard for everyone, even those that act like it doesn't phase them. So, don't let the insults of others change how you feel about yourself. Be true to who you are and have confidence in that. Only you can be you. No one else is the same, so that's your responsibility. Just remember not to retaliate against them, because they may be hurting inside and lashing out as a shield, the same way a cornered animal may lash out. You can also find friends with similar interests who like you for who you are and that can help too.

Stay safe and ignore them, they have no reason to bully you!

Don't care about what others think. You be you. No matter what you do, there will ALWAYS be peopke who are judgmental jerks. You can never make everyone happy. So why try doing that? Love yourself. Who you are inside is beautiful.
