So there's this senior in my ROTC program, he's pretty high in rank too, he's in our 'top staff', and we have a good 'father-daughter' relationship thingy, so he tries to guide me and protect me ect.
He's a really good guy... he has a good heart, but he makes bad decisions, like last Friday.
And his bad decisions have almost gotten him kicked out... He has been severely demoted. I now outrank him he dropped so hard. He was found with dip in class.
This isnt the first time he's screwed up in...

... in the unit. I'm honestly he wasn't demoted sooner. He lost his job, his rank, any chance of getting a rotc scholarship...
I mean, I'm p.issed with him, but I feel bad...
He feels like he's completely failed me, too ashamed to even talk to me. He looked at me today and just tried to keep eye contact, he looked so just awfully ashamed... He definetly deserved what he got... but he's got nothing now...
