You are good, more than enough. Don't let others get you down. I don't know you very well but from the looks of it, you are one chill dude. Don't be so hard on yourself, you deserve better! I hope you realize that doing fun things like drawing, or ice cream are much more fun than self mutilation. I've been there, and I know how it feels.
