Red here (Chirin's Sensei) has been convinced by someone that Chirin has gone evil, as far as he knows this is true.

So Red here, all those horns and the lack of arms is just part of this form, it his true true form he is a celestrial being of the Albino demons. This form is one of many he could have, his ability is he can change his form and or colors.
