The colour used in this painting are absolutely stunning! They combine well with the concept of a dragon.

The way you stuck to the color sceme is simply magnificant, like a gently flowing river. The brilliant opacity of the ear frills remarkibly compliments the perfect shading of the infintesimily tangled body. The three-dimentional effect was profesionally apllied, merging layer upon layer as if they were parts of a genuine dragon. If I were to give any negative critization, I would say that the glare in the eye seemes unnaturral. To better improve yourself, I would suggest browsing proffesional artwork to better study the reflective properties of the eye.
