I totally agree with you here.
Nudity, too, is a form of art....I don't get why people make so much trouble out of it. Even my friends are annoying, like when I draw a naked person they'd be like "asdefggb enhhh you perv, wai dat gurl nakedd!!"
Okay, I might be a perv but what's YOUR problem? If i'm a perv then it's my own problem right? And so what if I draw a naked girl/boy....it's not like anyone is offended by it :T

I kinda agree with you but, yes the people can draw whatever they want but if they draw nsfw they should be responsible and put it under mature :v

for me, unless its straight up se.x, nudity is just something a lot of artist deal with everyday so really its no big deal

Agreed! Everyone has a body. and if you beleive in Christianity you'd know that God originally made us naked. but guess what? we didn't even notice till we ate the fruit. So in all technicality, Naked is who we really are, So therefor, Nude Art isn't bad at all in my oppinion. I mean look at that one statue where the guy is naked. ART! (lil weird with the dong part, least it's not huge XD) But still. It's Art!

Even straight up p.orn is art. If it's put on mature, people have no right to report. The only thing I can imagine that deserves to be reported if it's rated mature is flaming people-

I wouldn't really consider nudity an nsfw. I don't see why people have a problem with it unless its portrayed in a perverted manner, but even then its just art. The reason why nsfw, aka p0rn or heavy gore, is a taboo here is because its in the code of conduct to NOT post it here. So that stuff doesn't belong here in the first place. However I have no problem if people want to make that stuff or look at it, as I agree it is an art. Just a darker part of art that I personally don't wish to see. :P

Well, you gotta realize something here.
Think of it this way.
A little kid has a 3DS,sees an art app for sale, and asks their parents to get it. They agree, and BAM! They have colors. One day, they see a nude painting. They click it out of curiosity, their parents see, and oops! No more DS for that kid.
Long story short, even though its art, it can still get people in trouble for seeing it. Not even kids.
Heck, I'm sure if my parents saw me lookin at a nude drawing,they'd have my head on a platter even tho it's just "art"

I rarely see or maybe never see people liking n u d e drawings plus that stuff never gets in the most populars...people mostly use that for drawing references so... :o

People think that anything involving nudity is inheritly se.xual. Nudity is a big part of art and always has been.
People who flag art that has nudity in a nonse.xual way really need to grow up

what pisses me off is that gore artists arent treated like po,rn artists even though neither genre is meant for kids eyes
the po,rn artists are treated like shi,t (like their art means nothing because they draw that sort of thing)and their art over-flagged
the gore artists get less hate but still over-flagged
colors should have a more advanced mature setting, seperating gore, nudity, por,n, and swearing that way the audience that is disinterested in seeing po,rn but interested in everything else will not see it and vice versa

There's a huge difference between nude art and pornagraphy. You can post pornagraphy on sites like DA, Danbooru, etc, but I'm pretty sure it's in the Colors terms on use that mature content on here isn't for sexual content, gore, or pornagraphy. The mature content was made for swearing. I could be wrong, but my point is, this is an app geared toward kids. If you want to post pornagraphy, join DA or some other 18 site.

Okay I just looked it up now. Colors strickly prohibits drawing pornagraohy or se.x organs all together. So even if you post it on 'mature' content, you are liable to being reported. But I didn't see anything about gore. It was mainly about copy right and sexual content.

Well, it really depends, acutally...I think of it like this. If I was 10 years old and I clicked on a drawing like that, even if not portrayed in a "se.xual way," my parents would still get angry at me and there goes my internet privileges.
I nearly lost my way to the internet because I accidentally stumbled on that type of art.
I know there are some nu.de art that really don't mean it that way but either way, I wouldn't want to suddenly see stuff like that all over new paintings...It depends on where and when you see those types of things, ya feel me? This community was made for teens, not adults. I totally agree with freedom of art but sometimes you gotta put a limit for small kids, yeah?

i feel like drawing nudity can be taken two diferent ways some people will draw it for practice with ananomy and sometimes because it works for the peice, other times its ment as porh and is at that point inapropriate.i think that you shoukd actualy think about what is what before reporting it
