#1, Lucia by Inkbrush
Garchomp as a pokemon has really just grown on me. It has an intimidating design, great typing (Aside from the 4x weakness) and it is a beast in battle. Plus, it has the added bonus of being the main pokemon of Cynthia.
So, how many of you saw this coming?

*I used a reference for the Mega Garchomp in the background. Fun fact, I've never got a Garchompite! I can't find it in X and the requirements in ORAS are extremely difficult*
